玉米肽对秀丽隐杆线虫抗氧化活性和寿命的作用研究

以玉米肽为研究对象,以秀丽隐杆线虫为模型探究其抗氧化能力.在高糖和H2O2诱导的急性氧化应激条件下,玉米肽能够使线虫的平均寿命分别延长48.09%和28.20%,氧化代谢产物MDA和ROS浓度显著降低,抗氧化酶CAT、SOD、GSH-Px活性显著增加,说明玉米肽能够有效调节线虫体内抗氧化酶活性,降低氧化代谢产物含量,对线虫氧化损伤发挥保护作用.
Antioxidant Activities and Lifespan of Corn Peptides Involved in Caenorhabditis elegans
The antioxidant ability of corn peptides was investigated by using C.elegansas a model.Under the conditions of high glucose and acute oxidative stress induced by H2O2,the average lifespan of C.elegansas increased by 48.09%and 28.20%,respectively,the contents of oxidative metabolites MDA and ROS were significantly decreased,while the activities of antioxidant enzymes CAT,SOD and GSH-Px were significantly increased,these showed that the corn peptides could effectively regulate the activities of antioxidant enzymes in C.elegansas,reduce the contents of oxidative metabolites,and protect the oxidative damage of C.elegansas.
