豇豆农药残留检测及风险评估分析

从西北某六地抽取120个豇豆样品及其对应土壤的273个样品中389种农药残留进行检测,结果发现,在豇豆中检出34种农药残留,在检测的批次豇豆中,其中毒死蜱、阿维菌素、甲氨基阿维菌素、苯甲酸盐、噻虫胺和啶虫脒5种农药残留超标.在豇豆土壤中分别检出42种农药残留,其中烯草酮和虫螨腈在豇豆及其对应的土壤中均有检出,虽检出值不高,但说明仍有违规使用农药的情况.结果表明,日常通过膳食摄入豇豆,可能会对人体健康构成风险,在监管中应加强对豇豆的监测力度.
Detection and Risk Assessment Analysis of Pesticide Residues in Cowpeas
A total of 389 pesticide residues were detected in 120 cowpea samples and 273 corresponding soil samples from six regions in northwest China.The results showed that 34 pesticide residues were detected in cowpea.In the batch of cowpea,the pesticide residues of chlorpyrifos,abamectin,emamectin benzoate,clothianidin and acetamiprid exceeded the standard.42 pesticide residues were detected in cowpea soil,among which clethodim and chlorfenapyr were detected in cowpea and its corresponding soil.Although the detection value was not high,it indicated that there were still illegal use of pesticides.The results showed that daily intake of cowpea through diet may pose a risk to human health,and the monitoring of cowpea should be strengthened in supervision.
