Determination of Aflatoxin in Spice by High Performance Liquid Chromatography Based on Immunomagnetic Beads Purification
In order to better monitor aflatoxins exposure in spices such as cumin and chili powder,we established a high-performance liquid chromatography method based on immunomagnetic beads purification to determine four aflatoxins B1,B2,G1 and G2 in spices.Aflatoxin in the sample was extracted by acetonitrile-water(84+16,V+V),and purified by aflatoxin total immunomagnetic bead kit, combined with CLOVER immunomagnetic bead automatic workstation, which significantly improved the purification efficiency. The results showed that the average recovery rate of four kinds of toxins in five kinds of spices was between 86%~111%,and the relative standard deviation was less than 7%.In general, the established method was accurate, sensitive and suitable for simultaneous quantitative detection of four aflatoxins in spices.
