摘要

朝鲜蓟是地中海地区传统的药食两用植物,富含膳食纤维、蛋白质、矿物质等营养成分,以及多酚类、黄酮类及萜类化合物等活性成分,具有抗氧化、助消化、降血脂和抗菌等药理活性.临床试验表明,朝鲜蓟提取液对消化系统、肝脏及心血管系统等具有保护作用.对朝鲜蓟活性成分及其药理活性研究进展进行综述,以期为促进朝鲜蓟的综合利用及深入的临床研究提供参考.

Abstract

Artichoke is a dietary and medicinal plant species with a long tradition of use in the Mediterranean area.Nutritional properties of artichoke are attributed mainly to fiber,proteins and minerals while pharmacological properties,consist of an-tioxidant,digestive,hypolipidemic and anti-microbial,are mainly derived from polyphenols,flavonoids and terpenes.Clini-cal and experimental trials have demonstrated the protective effects of artichoke extract on digestive system,liver and cardio-vascular system.This article intended to review recent progress in research on bioactive components in Cynara scolymus L.and their pharmacological effects.It was expected to provide references for promoting the comprehensive utilization and in-depth clinical research of artichoke.
