随着人工智能(Artificial intelligence,AI)大数据的发展,食品科学与工程专业的人才培养模式在食品行业变化的大环境下也受到了影响.通过论述AI大数据分析的优势、基本思路和原理,从毕业生素养(通识能力)、专业知识与技能、课程培养方面、工作满意度、工作稳定性等方面解读AI分析报告;同时,分析AI大数据背景下食品科学与工程专业人才培养提升的建议和措施,为提升我国食品工程领域的人才培养质量提供新思路.
Research on the Training and Promotion of Food Science and Engineering Specialty Based on AI Big Data Analysis
With the development of artificial intelligence(Al)big data,the talent training mode of food science and engi-neering majors has also been affected by the changing environment in the food industry.The advantages,basic ideas and prin-ciples of AI big data analysis were mainly discussed in this paper.The aspects of graduate literacy(general knowledge abili-ty),professional knowledge and skills,course training,job satisfaction,and job stability,etc were expounded in the Al analysis reports.Moreover,the paper analyzed the suggestions and measures for the cultivation and promotion of food science and engineering professionals in the context of AI big data,which provided a new idea for improving the quality of talent training in the field of food engineering in China
