Design of Case Teaching Method in the Course of Food Quality and Safety Control:Taking Old Altar Sauerkraut Emergency as an Example
The case teaching method was designed in the teaching of the Course of Food Quality and Safety Control in order to cultivate the ability of independent thinking,analyze problem and solve problem,stimulate learning interests and improve teaching effectiveness in the paper.Design of case teaching method application was discussed.This paper aimed to provide ref-erence for the application of the case teaching method.
