Different Pretreatment Methods on Measurement Precision and Recovery Rate of Green Pepper Pesticide Residues Analysis
In this experiment, three kinds of crushing methods, namely grinding crushing, shear crushing and ultrafine crushing, were used to crush small grains barley kernels, cat's eye peas and yellow millet in Ningxia, and the physical and chemical properties and functional characteristics of the crushed grains powder were measured. The results showed that among the ground powders, the barley kernel powder had the highest water holding capacity of 17.80 g/g,and the cat's eye bean powder had the highest oil holding capacity of 2.6 g/g.Among the sheared and crushed powder, the emulsification of barley kernel powder was the highest 50.00% ,the emulsification stability of cat's eye bean powder was the highest 50.00% ,the freeze-thaw stability was the worst, and the water separation rate was 56.01% .Among the ultra-finely pulverized powders, the solubility and swelling power of barley kernel powder are the highest respectively 52.0% and 1.0 g/g.Cat's eye bean powder had a significant increase in glucose binding capacity at a glucose concentration of 5 mmol/L,which was an increase of 116.67% compared with ground powder. The bulk density and cation exchange capacity of yellow millet flour increased the most, which increased by 109.68% and 310% respectively compared with ground powder. It was concluded that the physicochemical properties and functional properties of the grain flour under different crushing methods had certain differences.
