Research on Intelligent Integrated Traditional Chinese Medicine Extraction Machine
The extraction equipment for traditional Chinese medicinal materials directly impacts the extraction rate of active in-gredients and the utilization rate of medicinal materials.Addressing the current situation where existing extraction equipment operates in segmented processes,with long extraction process flows and incomplete extraction due to the lack of heat sources at the bottom,an intelligent integrated machine for the preparation of traditional Chinese medicine liquid was developed.This device employed human-machine interaction for intelligent control,automatically adding the sliced materials into the extraction tank.It controled the boiling time based on temperature,and used a non-sedimentation system to ensure even heating of the extract,thereby improving the extraction rate.The promotion and application of this equipment reduced labor input,lowered operating costs,and enhanced the quality of traditional Chinese medicine liquid.
