Shanxi Province's Grain Processing Industry:Innovation and Development Path Supported by Technology
Shanxi province is an important agricultural province in China,and its grain processing industry plays an important role in economic and social development.However,traditional processing methods have low efficiency and low added value,which restricts the further development of the industry.This paper studied the innovation and development path of the grain processing industry in Shanxi province with the support of science and technology.By introducing intelligent and automated technologies,applying biotechnology and green processing technologies,and extending and upgrading the industrial chain,the efficiency and quality of grain processing were improved.This paper analyzed the problems existing in the development of grain processing industry,and proposes policy recommendations such as strengthening government support,promoting coop-eration between research institutions and enterprises,and establishing industrial alliances to promote the sustainable innovation and high-quality development of the grain processing industry in Shanxi province.
