"仪器分析"是食品质量与安全专业的一门重要的专业基础课程,该课程的理论性、实践性较强,着重培养学生的专业综合应用能力.在学校国家一流专业建设的背景下,针对"仪器分析"课程特点和教学过程中存在的问题,引入OBE-CDIO教学模式,旨在改善"仪器分析"课程教学质量,培养食品质量与安全专业优秀应用型创新人才.
Exploration of Teaching Mode for Instrument Analysis Course Based on OBE-CDIO Mode
Instrumental Analysis is a very important basic course for the major of food quality and safety.Which is theoretical and practical,and focuses on cultivating students'comprehensive professional application ability.Therefore,based on the above reason,at the background of the construction of national first-class major in Chuzhou University,aiming at the charac-teristics of Instrumental Analysis course and the problems existing in the teaching process,this paper introduced the OBE-CDIO teaching model,aiming at improving the teaching quality of Instrumental Analysis course and cultivating excellent application-oriented innovative talents in food quality and safety major.
