A Study on the Cultivation Model of Food Professional Talents Driven by Double Innovation:Taking Chongqing Three Gorges University as an Example
The cultivation of Double Innovation talents has become an important mission entrusted to higher education by the Party and the state.The cultivation mode of innovative talents in universities is the key to cultivating Double Innovation talents.This article explored the reform of the cultivation mode of food specialty talents in Chongqing Three Gorges University from three aspects:the problems in innovation and entrepreneurship education in food specialty,the overall thinking and reform measures of the research on the cultivation mode of food specialty talents driven by Double Innovation,and aimed to exchange and promote the advantages of this talent cultivation mode and cultivate more Double Innovation talents for the food industry,regional economic development,and the construction of an innovative country.
