Exploration and Practice of Teaching Reform Model Based on Entrepreneurship Education:Taking the Course of Food Nutrition as an Example
Food Nutrition is the core course of food science and engineering,which focuses on the practice-oriented,theo-ry-assisted,and the training of students'practical ability and professional quality.Based on the characteristics of Food Nutri-tion course,this paper carried out the teaching reform of the course based on entrepreneurship education,and carried out in-depth exploration and practice from the aspects of teaching content design,teaching methods and assessment methods,etc.In this paper,we would design the teaching contents by project,master the theoretical knowledge in the practice of complet-ing projects,understand the entrepreneurial thinking in action,to better promote the fusion of entrepreneurship education and professional education,which would provide theoretical and practical support for talent training and curriculum construction of applied food specialty in the new situation.
