新工科建设与工程类专业认证是推动中国走向工程教育强国的重要举措.线上线下混合式教学模式结合网络平台、AI辅助教学体系等多元化评价推进了"新工科"建设与工程认证等教学改革工作.实施混合式教学,引入食品加工领域的新工艺、新技术和新成果,能够增加课程深度和广度;围绕食品加工过程中实际问题,专业教师和企业专家分层次设计教学内容,学生在课前、课中和课后完成不同程度的教学任务;课程考核方式向多元化评价转变,考核内容注重综合能力考核.综上所述,探索有效的线上线下混合式教学设计及多元化课程评价机制是提高"食品工艺学"课程教学质量的关键措施,并有助于培养高水平、高素质的复合型人才.
Exploration of Diversified Evaluation Mechanism of Food Technology Course Based on Online and Offline Mixed Teaching Mode
The new engineering construction and engineering professional certification have been important measures to promote China to become a powerful country in engineering education.The combination of online and offline teaching mode and diversi-fied evaluation such as network platform and AI-assisted teaching system has promoted the teaching reform work such as engi-neering certification and the construction of"New Engineering".Implementing mixed teaching mode,introducing new pro-cesses,new technologies and new achievements in the field of food processing can enhance the depth and breadth of courses.Focusing on the practical problems in the food processing process,professional teachers and enterprise experts designed the teaching contents at different levels.Students completed teaching tasks before,during and after class.The assessment method of the curriculum has been turned to the diversified evaluation,and the assessment content pays attention to the comprehensive ability assessment.To sum up,the key measures to improve the teaching quality of Food Technology course were the effective online and offline mixed teaching design and the diversified curriculum evaluation mechanism,which were conducive to culti-vating high-level and high-quality interdisciplinary talents.
