摘要

采用热风、热泵、红外及真空4种不同的干燥方式对烟叶进行干燥,并对烟叶的干燥特性及色差进行研究.结果表明,真空干燥耗时最短,热风和热泵干燥所需的时间近似,而红外干燥所需的时间较长.干燥后烟叶的色差值较新鲜烟叶有明显的变化.不同干燥方式下烟叶色差值ΔE的大小顺序为红外干燥>热风干燥>热泵干燥>真空干燥.综合分析真空优于其他3种干燥方式,较适用于烟叶干燥的工业生产中.

Abstract

In this paper,four different drying methods of hot air,heat pump,infrared and vacuum were used to dry tobacco leaves,and the drying characteristics and color difference of tobacco leaves were studied.The results showed that the drying time of vacuum was the shortest,the drying time of hot air and heat pump is similar,and the drying time of infrared was longer.The color difference value of dried tobacco leaves changed obviously compared with that of fresh tobacco leaves.The order of color difference ΔE of tobacco leaves under different drying techniques was infrared drying>hot air drying>heat pump drying>vacuum drying.The vacuum was better than the other three drying methods and was more suitable for the industrial production of tobacco drying.
