Effect of Casing Flavour Injection Steam Pressure on the Uniformity of Casing Application
Studying the uniformity of casing application and the adhesion amount of casing cylinder within the spraying state of casing as different casing flavour injection steam pressure,the result showed that the casing flow rate was normal within differ-ent casing flavour injection steam pressure and parameter,the atomization effect and the observation of normal casing flavour injection,the temperature and moisture of the discharged tobacco leaf was normal within the pressure range of 1.2 × 102～1.8 × 102 kPa for casing flavour injection steam pressure.The uniformity coefficient of casing and the adhesion amount of casing cylinder was different.Specifically,as the steam pressure setting value of casing flavour injection gradually decreases from 1.7 × 102/1.8 × 102 kPa to 1.2 × 102/1.3 × 102 kPa,the standard deviation of the casing tobacco sample showed a good trend of decreasing.The uniformity coefficient of casing showed a good trend of increasing,as same time the adhesion amount of casing cylinder shows a good trend of decreasing.Through experimental measurements,it was found that within the steam pressure range of 1.2 × 102～1.8 × 102 kPa,the uniformity of casing was good at 1.2 × 102/1.3 × 102 kPa with less the adhesion amount of casing cylinder.The uniformity of casing was unsatisfactory at 1.7 × 102/1.8 × 102 kPa,throwing up more the adhesion amount of casing cylinder.The studying confirming that when formulating casing technology standards,it was necessary to combine existing intuitive observation based casing technology standard requirements and introducing chemical data analysis methods for casing uniformity.By determining a standard value for casing flavour injection steam pressure with good the uniformity of casing to improve the uniformity of casing,it draw into comprehensively evaluate casing uniformity from the perspective of intuitive phenomenon observation and scientific data analysis.Thereby improving the quality of casing and cigarette products,it reduce the adhesion amount of casing cylinder.
