茶树花主要生物活性成分及研究应用进展

我国是茶叶种植大国,茶园面积辽阔、茶树资源丰富,茶树花是茶树开的两性花,目前对茶树的研究主要集中在茶叶上,茶树花作为茶树的副产物尚未得到很好的开发利用.随着相关研究的开展,发现茶树花含有丰富的茶多酚、茶多糖、黄酮类化合物、氨基酸及蛋白质等多种生物活性成分,具有良好的抗氧化、增强免疫力、降血糖、降血脂等功效.对茶树花的生物活性成分、干制工艺及研究开发应用现状进行阐述,以期推动茶树花的研究与开发利用,增加产品附加值.
Progress in Research and Application of Main Bioactive Components of Tea Flower
China is a major tea-growing country with vast tea gardens and abundant tea tree resources.Tea flower are bisexual flowers that are produced by tea trees.Currently,research on tea trees mainly focuses on tea leaves,and tea flower have not been well developed and utilized as a by-product of tea trees.With the development of relevant research in recent years,it has been found that tea flower contain abundant bioactive components such as tea polyphenols,tea polysaccharides,flavonoids,amino acids,and proteins,which have good antioxidant,immune enhancement,blood sugar reduction,blood fat reduction,and other effects.This article expounded the bioactive components,drying process,research and development application sta-tus of tea flower,in order to promote the research and development of tea tree flowers and increase the added value of prod-ucts.
