互联网技术的发展加速了教育行业的信息化进程.基于西南林业大学食品科学与工程专业的必修课程"食品安全与质量控制学",剖析了教学过程中存在的问题,并针对普遍问题提出了应对策略,以期提高食品科学与工程专业的教学质量,培养出满足现阶段社会需求的新型人才.
Teaching Reform and Exploration of Food Safety and Quality Control in the Internet Age
The development of internet technology has accelerated the informatization process of education industry.Based on the compulsory course Food Safety and Quality Control of Food Science and Engineering major of Southwest Forestry University,this paper analyzed the existing problems in the teaching process,and put forward countermeasures to solve the common prob-lems to improve the teaching quality of food science and engineering major and cultivate new talents to meet the current social needs.
