Analysis of Uncertainty in the Determination of Residual Levels of Hydrazine and Phosphorus Pesticides in Bamboo Shoots
Uncertainty analysis of the determination results of residual water aminothion in bamboo shoots using gas chromatography.Gas chromatography was used to determine the residual amount of hydrazine and phosphorus in bamboo shoots.By establishing a mathematical model, the components and sources of uncertainty in the measurement process were determined, and the synthetic standard uncertainty and extended uncertainty were calculated. The main sources of uncertainty were the standard working curve, repeated measurements, and standard solution configuration of aquathion. When the residual amount of hydrazine in bamboo shoots was 0.90 mg/kg,the expanded uncertainty was 0.059 mg/kg(k=2).This model was suitable for the uncertainty analysis of organic phosphorus residue determination by gas chromatography, providing a scientific and reliable basis.
