摘要
针对"食品添加剂"课程教学内容繁杂、"教"与"学"缺乏深度融合、成绩构成简单、过程性学习监督力度不够、课程教学对学生综合素质和实践能力的培养不足等问题,以"食品添加剂在食品加工中的应用和食品中添加剂的检测"为学习主线,逐步形成立体化、系统性育人机制.
Abstract
In response to the complex teaching content of Food Additives courses,lacking of deep integration between"teach-ing"and"learning",the composition of grades was simple,the supervision of process learning was insufficient,the insuffi-cient cultivation of students'comprehensive quality and practical ability in course teaching,taking the application of food ad-ditives in food processing and the detection of additives in food as the main learning thread,gradually,establish a three-di-mensional and systematic mechanism for educating students.
