Construction and Reform of the Course System of Special Topics in Food Science for Postgraduate Students
Food Science Special Topics is a course designed to broaden the scientific research horizon of postgraduate students,cultivate students'ability to conduct independent scientific research,and consolidate the foundation of students'future scientific research.This paper discussed the teaching reform of Food Science Topics courses from six aspects:teaching concept,teaching content and system,teaching methods and means,teaching materials use and construction,teaching environment,teaching effect evaluation system,in order to improve the quality of graduate education and stimulate their independent thinking and working ability.
