研究型毕业设计是提升高校工科教育人才培养质量的关键实践教学环节.在新工科建设和工程教育专业认证背景下,深入分析应用型本科高校食品科学与工程专业毕业设计实践教学环节存在的共性问题,以学生为中心,从导师队伍工程实践能力培养、全程化本科生"双导师制"、全程化毕业设计质量监控管理体系及全程化思政教育融入等4个方面对食品科学与工程专业毕业设计实践教学进行改革与探索,构建基于CDIO-OBE的食品科学与工程专业研究型毕业设计创新模式,形成毕业设计全过程立体化监督与管理,以期培养符合行业发展需求的高素质创新型食品工程人才.
Study on Teaching Model of Research-oriented Graduation Design for Food Science and Engineering Specialty Based on the CDIO-OBE
Research-oriented graduation design is a key practice teaching link of talent cultivation of engineering education in colleges and universities.This study deeply analyzed the common problems in practical teaching of graduation design of food science and engineering major in applied undergraduate universities under the background of professional certification of engineering education and new engineering construction.With the students as the center,teaching reform and exploration were carried out in the practical teaching of food science and engineering graduation design from four aspects including the training of engineering practical ability of the tutor team,the"double tutor system"for undergraduate students in the whole process,the quality control and management system of the whole process graduation design and the integration of the whole process ideological and political education.The innovation model of research-oriented graduation design for food science and engineering specialty was constructed based on the CDIO-OBE for forming the three-dimensional management and supervision of the whole process of graduation design,and cultivating high-quality innovative food engineering talents to meet the needs of industry development.
