基于UPLC-MS/MS技术测定黔产刺梨的次级代谢产物

对黔产刺梨果实中次级代谢产物的种类和相对含量进行测定,为刺梨资源的推广应用提供参考依据.基于UPLC-MS/MS技术,采用广泛靶向代谢组学,测定刺梨果实中的全部次级代谢产物.刺梨果实中共检出7类362种次级代谢产物,相对含量由高到低分别为鞣质类(42种化合物)、黄酮类(86种)、酚酸类(142种)、萜类(36种)、生物碱(24种)、木脂素和香豆素类(18种)、其他类(14种).黔产刺梨果实次级代谢产物丰富,具有较高的营养价值和开发利用价值.
To Determine the Secondary Metabolites of Guizhou Rosa roxburghii Tratt by UPLC-MS/MS
The types and relative contents of secondary metabolites in Guizhou Rosa roxburghii Tratt fruits were determined to provide reference for the promotion and application of Rosa roxburghii Tratt resources.Based on UPLC-MS/MS technique,we determined all secondary metabolites in Rosa roxburghii Tratt fruits by extensively targeting metabolomics.7 categories of 362 secondary metabolites were detected in the Rosa roxburghii Tratt fruits,and the relative contents were from high to low:tan-nins(42 compounds),flavonoids(86 species),phenolic acids(142 species),terpenoids(36 species),alkaloids(24 species),lignans and coumarins(18 species),and others(14 species).The secondary metabolites of Guizhou Rosa rox-burghii Tratt fruits were abundant,which had high nutritional value and development value.
