摘要

慢性便秘是常见的慢性疾病,较难根治.目前,临床上以药物治疗为主,但药物副作用显著.食物源抗便秘因子效用温和且副作用极小,慢性便秘患者可通过日常食用来缓解症状.不溶性膳食纤维、可溶性膳食纤维、抗性淀粉和γ-亚麻酸是常见的4种抗便秘因子,对其分离技术进行归纳和整理,以期对抗便秘功能食品的开发提供参考.

Abstract

Constipation is a common chronic disease that is difficult to cure.At present,drug treatment is the main clinical method,but the side-effects of drugs are significant.The effect of food source anti-constipation factors is mild and side effects are minimal.Patients with chronic constipation can take it daily to relieve symptoms.Insoluble dietary fiber,soluble dietary fiber,resistant starch and y-linolenic acid are four common food source anti-constipation factors.This review summarized and sorted out their separation techniques,hoping to be helpful for the development of anti-constipation functional foods.
