摘要

化橘红为芸香科植物化州柚(Citras grandis'Tomentosa')或柚(Citrus grandis(L.)Osbeck)未成熟或近成熟的干燥外层果皮,因其药效独特而被誉为"十大广药"之一.化橘红中含有大量的黄酮、多糖、挥发油等活性物质,具有明显的抗氧化、抗炎、保肝护肾、降脂减糖、调节免疫等功效.对化橘红活性成分、提取方法及其功效等进行了综述,以期为化橘红在保健食品、医药等领域的应用提供参考.

Abstract

Pummelo peel Citri Grandis Exocarpium is the dried pericarps of immature or near mature Citrus grandis'Tomentosa'or Citrus grandis(L.)Osbeck.It is known as one of the"Top Ten South China Medicine"because of its outstanding medicinal and health benefits.Pummelo peel contains a large amount of flavonoids,polysaccharides,volatile oils and other bioactive components,which exhibits obvious health benefits,including antioxidation,anti-inflammation,protection of liver and kidney,reduction of fat and sugar and immunomodulation.Therefore,the bioactive components and their extraction methods,along with the efficacy of Pummelo peel were reviewed,which were expected to provide information for the application of Pummelo peel in functional foods and pharmaceuticals.
