4YZ-3H型自走式玉米收获机适用于山区、丘陵、平川大小地块作业,可在田间一次性连续完成摘穗、剥皮、集装、秸秆粉碎还田等联合作业,主要介绍其工作原理及主要技术参数,并对底盘、拨禾机构、摘穗台、剥皮机关键部件的结构进行了设计.试验表明该机作业流程安排合理、适应性较好、工作可靠安全.试验结果符合设计要求.
Design and Test of Key Components of 4YZ-3H Self-propelled Corn Harvester
The 4YZ-3H self-propelled corn harvester is suitable for operations in large and small plots in mountainous areas,hills,and plains.It can continuously complete combined operations such as picking ears,peeling,containerizing,and straw crushing and returning to the field at one time in the field.This paper mainly introduced its working principle and main technical parameters,and designed the structure and performance parameters of key components such as the chassis,the reel mechanism,the ear picking platform,and the peeling machine.The test showed that the operation process was reasonably arranged,with good adaptability,reliable and safe operation.The test results met the design requirements.
