Investigation and Analysis on the Consumption of Ready-to-eat/cook Foods by Consumers of Different Ages and Professions
Due to social and economic development,the market of ready-to-eat/cook foods were constantly expanding,and related ready-to-eat/cook foods had become more and more popular.This study collected data through a questionnaire survey,aiming to investigate and analyze consumers'understanding of ready-to-eat/cook foods,and explored the factors that affected their purchasing decisions.The research results showed that the majority of consumers had positive attitude towards ready-to-eat/cook foods and were willing to purchase them.The convenience,quality,and price of ready-to-eat/cook foods were the main factors affecting consumer purchases.It was recommended to improve product quality,safety,and hygiene levels from the aspects of raw materials and production processing of ready-to-eat/cook foods,strengthen brand building and marketing promotion,optimize production processes and reduce costs,focused on nutritional value and sustainable development,and strengthen cooperation and win-win among enterprises to achieve the goal of promoting the development of the ready-to-eat/cook foods industry.
