摘要

随着教育信息化的快速发展,传统的课堂教学方式已不能满足当前的教学需求.为解决教学中面临的困境,将雨课堂智慧平台应用到"食品添加剂"的教学过程中,构建了基于雨课堂的课前、课中和课后的实践教学策略.结课后,通过雨课堂平台向授课班级发布调查问卷,旨在评价学生对雨课堂授课模式的满意程度.统计结果表明,基于雨课堂的教学模式不仅增加了学生学习的便捷性,也提高了学生的积极性和学习兴趣,活跃了课堂氛围,学习效果和教学质量得到大幅提升.

Abstract

With the rapid development of educational informatization,the traditional classroom teaching method cannot meet the current requirements of teaching.In order to solve the difficulties in teaching,the Rain Classroom wisdom platform was applied to the teaching process of Food Additives,and the practice strategy of pre-class,in-class and after class based on Rain Classroom was constructed.After class,questionnaires were released to the teaching class through the Rain Classroom platform to evaluate students'satisfaction with the Rain Classroom teaching mode.The statistical results showed that the teaching model based on Rain Classroom not only increased the convenience,but also improved their enthusiasm and interest in learning,enlivens the classroom atmosphere,and greatly improves the learning effect and teaching quality.
