摘要

动态双螺旋模式是在螺旋式教学基础上创新的一种课堂教学模式,增值评价注重学生个体间的相对发展,有助于学生全方位健康发展,大数据的普及与应用,使增值评价体系向数字化转型.依据"食品保藏技术"课程的知识技能特点,在5E教学理念下构建了以"保藏原理"与"保藏技术"关系的动态双螺旋教学模式的数字化增值评价体系,阐述了数字化增值评价体系的构建思路与实施策略,以期为"食品保藏技术"课程的教学评价改革提供借鉴,促进食品专业教学水平的不断提高.

Abstract

The dynamic double spiral model is an innovative classroom teaching model based on spiral teaching.Value added evaluation focuses on the relative development of individual students,which helps students to develop healthily in all aspects.The popularization and application of big data have led to the digital transformation of the value added evaluation system.This article constructed a digital value-added evaluation system based on the knowledge and skills characteristics of Food Preservation Technology,and constructed a dynamic double helix teaching mode with the relationship between"preservation principles"and"preservation technology"under the 5E teaching concept.It elaborated on the construction ideas and implementation strategies of the digital value-added evaluation system,in order to provide reference for the teaching evaluation reform of Food Preservation Technology courses and promote the continuous improvement of the teaching level of food majors.
