Research on the Application of Flipped Classroom Model Based on SPOC in the Teaching of Functional Food Science
Built upon the SPOC model,the flipped classroom,characterized by its exploratory and developmental teaching approach,holds immense significance in instructing the master module of Functional Food Science within the realm of food engineering.It plays a pivotal role in nurturing well-rounded,application-oriented,and interdisciplinary master's students,empowering them with the capacity to independently manage food processing and supervise food safety,which aligns seamlessly with the demands of contemporary society.Therefore,this study aimed to present feasible strategies for implementing a flipped classroom in Functional Food Science based on its inherent benefits,the imperative necessity,and the current landscape of teaching in this domain.
