摘要
基于SPOC的翻转课堂是一种具有较强探究性与发展性的课堂教学模式,应用到食品工程硕士方向所开设的"功能性食品学"教学中具有非常重要的意义;对于培养符合社会发展的能够独立承担食品加工与安全相关的专业技术或管理工作,德智体美全面发展的应用型、复合型硕士人才有重要的价值.因此,主要针对"功能性食品学"的教学现状,以及基于SPOC的翻转课堂应用在"功能性食品学"课程上的优势和必要性进行分析,在此基础上提出一些可行性策略.
Abstract
Built upon the SPOC model,the flipped classroom,characterized by its exploratory and developmental teaching approach,holds immense significance in instructing the master module of Functional Food Science within the realm of food engineering.It plays a pivotal role in nurturing well-rounded,application-oriented,and interdisciplinary master's students,empowering them with the capacity to independently manage food processing and supervise food safety,which aligns seamlessly with the demands of contemporary society.Therefore,this study aimed to present feasible strategies for implementing a flipped classroom in Functional Food Science based on its inherent benefits,the imperative necessity,and the current landscape of teaching in this domain.
