基于"双创"背景下"畜产品工艺学"教学改革探索

"双创"教育融入专业课程逐渐引起重视,"畜产品工艺学"是一门实践性极强的课程,但其教学与"双创"教育理念脱钩.基于此,针对培养"双创"复合型人才培养目标,对课程教学进行改革,将"双创"教育引入课堂,将"双创"竞赛、解决产业需求等作为课堂的延伸,激发学生的学习兴趣,全面提升学生的"双创"能力,为实现"双创"复合型人才的培养提供保障和支撑.
Exploration on Teaching Reform of Animal Product Technology Based on the Background of the Innovation and Entrepreneurship Policy
The integration of"double innovation"education into professional courses is attracting more attention.The Animal Product Technology course is a highly practical course,but its teaching is decoupled from the concept of"double innovation"education.Based on this,this paper reformed the curriculum teaching,aiming at the goal of cultivating interdisciplinary talents of"double innovation",introduced"double innovation"education into the course,took"double innovation"competition and solving industrial needs as an extension of the course,stimulates students'learning interest,and comprehensively improved students'innovation and entrepreneurship talents,providing guarantee and support for the training of innovation and entrepreneurship talents.
