Exploration and Implementation of Teaching Reform in Horticultural Product Storage and Processing Based on the PDCA Mixed Model:A Case Study of Foshan University
The Horticultural Product Storage and Processing course is a fundamental component of the horticulture specialty,playing a crucial role in nurturing highly skilled applied talents in the field of new agricultural science.This paper examined the teaching reform of the Horticultural Product Storage and Processing course at Foshan University as an illustrative example,analyzing the design of a PDCA blended teaching mode,incorporating online MOOCs and superscale teaching platforms,of-fline research experiment platforms,enterprise visits,and other practical case-based teachings.It explored a problem-orient-ed and student-led flipped classroom approach while integrating curriculum ideology into the teaching process.The results from student questionnaires indicated that implementing a PDCA-based mixed mode teaching method enhances students'self-learn-ing abilities while improving their learning efficiency and enthusiasm.
