Engineering education professional accreditation adheres to the three principles of student-centeredness,outcome orientation,and continuous improvement,aiming to cultivate students'ability to solve complex engineering problems.In the context of engineering education accreditation,this paper took the reform of Food Toxicology Internship teaching as an example to explore specific methods for professional instructors to improve teaching quality,covering both teaching approaches and course evaluation.This approach aimed to meet the standards set by the engineering education professional accreditation.
