With the continuous development of technology,more and more plant natural product antioxidants had been developed and used.Antioxidants work by clearing free radicals,reducing ROS levels,and reducing lipid metabolites.This article reviewed in vitro evaluation methods based on chemical detection methods and antioxidant mechanisms,providing theoretical support for the evaluation of antioxidant efficacy of natural plant products.
