微波热风联合干燥技术在农产品干燥中的研究进展

干燥是农产品深加工的重要和有效技术之一,能够提高农产品贮藏稳定性、降低采后损耗、增加产品附加值.联合干燥方法能够克服单一干燥技术的局限性,在提高干燥效率、降低能耗、改善产品品质等方面效果显著.以微波热风联合干燥为例,综述其研究进展及发展趋势,探讨其相应的干燥数学模型,并对应用前景进行展望,以期为农产品"高效、低耗、优质"干燥技术提供借鉴与参考.
Research Progress of Microwave and Hot-air Combined Drying Technology in Agricultural Products Drying
Drying is one of the important and effective technologies for deep processing of agricultural products,which can improve storage stability,reduce post-harvest losses and increase the added value of products.Combined drying methods can overcome the limitations of single drying technology,and have significant effects in improving drying efficiency,reducing energy consumption and improving product quality.This paper took combined microwave and hot air drying as an example,reviewed its research progress and development trend,discussed its corresponding drying mathematical model,and gave an outlook on the application prospect,in order to provide reference and reference for"high efficiency,low consumption and high quality"drying technology for agricultural products.
