Progress Status of Mycotoxin Detection Methods in Grain
With the development of global economy and the improvement of the quality of life,the issue of food security has received more and more attention.Mycotoxin contamination in food directly affects people's health.This issue becomes a research hotspot in this field.The review of the advantages and disadvantages of the corresponding rapid detection methods were compared in depth,which could provide theoretical reference for the subsequent rapid detection in the prevention and control of mycotoxins.
