Exploration on the Teaching Reform of Instrumental Analysis Experiment Course under the Background of Engineering Education Certification
Instrumental Analysis Experiment course is one of the core courses of food science and engineering specialty.It shows the cultivation of students'professional qualities such as combining theory with practice and rigorous academic thinking,which is also in line with the concept of engineering education certification.The traditional teaching method of Instrumental Analysis Experiment course is out of date under the background of engineering education.In view of the problems existing in the teaching of instrumental analysis experiment course,based on the concepts of"student-centered""result-oriented"and"continuous quality improvement",this paper considered teaching reform from the aspects of teaching content,teaching method,result evaluation,curriculum ideology and politics,and provided guidance for the cultivation of high-quality food talents in line with the needs of China's development.
