Application-oriented personnel training is the core goal of professional degree graduate training.In order to improve the classroom teaching effect,case teaching method was one of the main teaching methods used in master's education for professional degrees at present.Taking Special Topics on Food Quality and Safety Control,a main course in the field of food processing and safety for master of agriculture as an example,this paper introduced the team's experience and methods in case teaching practice and application,such as case material selection,case text writing,case scenario introduction,case teaching implementation and evaluation,aiming to provide reference for case teaching of related courses and improvd teaching quality.
