Development of Online Quality Courses of the Technology of Food Sensory Analysis Based on the Integration of Post Class Competition Certificate
Under the background of the new era of"Internet+"education,The National online quality courses have the characteristics of wide sharing range and good leading demonstration effect,so it is imperative to infiltrate the construction of online quality courses with post course competition certificate.This paper discussed the construction path of the Technology of Food Sensory Analysis course developed by school-enterprise cooperation,and carried out the exploration and practice of curriculum system construction,the construction of modern sensory examination curriculum resources combined with virtuality and reality,the curriculum teaching reform and evaluation system of blended teaching,and assessment system of the technology of food sensory analysis course based on blended learning,so as to support development in the new era.
