Teaching Reform of Food Analysis Course Under the Background of New Engineering Construction
Combined with the background of the new engineering era,this paper expounded the present situation of the food inspection industry and the characteristics of the demand for talents,and focuses on the four aspects of teacher construction,teaching content,teaching mode and experimental teaching.This paper analyzed the problems existing in the course of Food Analysis in colleges and universities,and expounded the solutions taken by the reform in combination with practice.The cur-riculum reform had achieved phased success.Under the new engineering,the requirements for inspection posts in the food analysis industry had been organically integrated into the course teaching,effectively bridging the gap between traditional teaching and real job requirements.
