With the rapid development of society as well as the popularization of information technology,the traditional labora-tory operation mode is no longer able to meet the actual needs of teaching and scientific research.The digital reform of labora-tories has become an inevitable trend in laboratory management field with the appearance of smart campuses in major universi-ties.Firstly,the current situation and existing problems of laboratory management was analyzed,and then the connotation and significance of constructing a laboratory digital resource platform was proposed in the paper.Secondly,taking the construction practice of laboratory digital resource platform in the food science and engineering specialty of Jilin University as an example,the construction path,extensive application and the effectiveness of the laboratory digital resource platform were elaborated,respectively.The present paper was expected to provide references for peer universities to carry out laboratory digital construc-tion.
