"Production-teaching-research-application"is one of the important approaches in higher education.Instrumental Analysis plays a very important role in the course teaching of food major.Instrumental Analysis is a specialized course involving a wide range of subject knowledge,high difficulty,multi-disciplinary crossing and numerous knowledge points.Therefore,it is urgent to solve the problem that it is difficult for students to master the professional knowledge and skills of the course in teaching,so as to facilitate the cultivation of innovative talents.It was urgent to reform the course teaching method,teaching mode and assessment method,established the instrumental analysis teaching team combining"production,study and re-search",restructured the talent training objectives,improved the pertinancy and practicality of course teaching,enhance stu-dents'practical ability and innovation ability,effectively solved the problem of low matching degree between the talents culti-vated by colleges and universities and the talents demanded by enterprises,and cultivate high-quality professional talents.
