Professional Practice of Food Science and Engineering Based on OBE Concept of Full Process and Progressive
This paper introduced the existing problems in the practical teaching system of food science and engineering major of Tianjin Agricultural University.Based on the concept of OBE and the learning output oriented,the major built a practical course system of whole process and progressive practical teaching mode for food science and engineering major.It was a new way and practice to train highly skilled applied talents of food science and engineering major students.
