Exploration of the Practical Education Mode of Undergraduate Students Majoring in Food Under the Background of New Engineering Construction
Under the background of"new engineering construction",the talent training mode of colleges and universities be-gan to be reformed.Till now,traditional teaching mode still have the disadvantages of emphasizing theory research over prac-tice.Guided by the employment of undergraduate students majoring in food science and technology,this paper integrated and optimized the practical teaching methods,and used the advantages of the three practical teaching schemes of typical case teaching-virtual simulation-campus practical training processing line.This work focused on how to further construct a practical teaching mode for the training of food professionals with the characteristics of domestic students in China,and put forward fea-sible suggestions for the development of food professional practice teaching.
