新工科背景下构建食品科学专业创新型人才实践教学体系的探索——以河南农业大学食品学院为例

新工科背景下实践教学是培养创新型应用技术人才的重要环节之一.然而,目前农业院校工科类专业实践教学体系存在一些问题,培养出的大学生与社会发展需求存在一定差异.以河南农业大学食品科学与工程专业为例,围绕实践教学模式改革,探索创新性实践教学内容,以构建产学研一体化的校内外实践教学基地为目标,为建设有效的实践教学基地、培养高水平的"双师型"实践教学师资队伍、实践教学体系的构建提供参考经验.
Explore on the Construction of Practical Teaching System of Food Science Major in the Context of New Engineering:Taking the College of Food Science of He'nan Agricultural University as an Example
Practical teaching is an important key link to cultivate innovative and applied technical talents in the context of new engineering.However,there are some problems in the practical teaching system of engineering college students in agricultural colleges,and there are some differences between the cultivated students and the needs of social development.Taking the food science and engineering major of Henan Agricultural University as an example,this paper focused on the reform of practical teaching mode,exploreed innovative practical teaching contents,and aimed to build an on-campus and off-campus practical teaching base that integrates production,education,and research,so as to provide reference experience for the construction of an effective practice teaching base,the training of a high-level"double-qualified"practical teaching teachers,and the construction of practical teaching system.
