"食品工厂课程设计"是食品科学与工程专业的一门重要实践课程,也是"食品工厂设计基础课程"的一个总结性教学实践环节.基于OBE教育理念,设计课程教学目标,确立毕业要求与课程目标的对应关系,建立课程目标达成度评价体系,并借此评价了该课程的教学效果,对存在的问题提出后续教学中有针对性的持续改进措施.
Research on the Evaluation of the Degree of Achievement of Food Factory Design Curriculum Objectives Based on OBE Concept
Food Factory Design is an important practical course for food science and engineering specialty as well as a summa-tive teaching practice link of Food Factory Design Basic Course.Based on the OBE concept,through designing the teaching objectives,building the supporting relationship between graduation requirements and curriculum objectives,and establishing evaluation system of curriculum objectives achievements,the teaching effects were evaluated,and some targeted continuous improvement measures in subsequent teaching were put forward.
