废弃茶叶基摩擦纳米发电机开发及其应用

摘要
为提高摩擦纳米发电机的输出性能,选用茶叶加工过程中产生的副产品作为材料,系统研究其颗粒目数大小对茶材料基摩擦纳米发电机输出性能的影响.实验结果表明,摩擦纳米发电机的电输出性能随着茶粉颗粒目数提高而提高,当茶粉目数为400目时,其开路电压、短路电流和输出功率分别达到275 V、9 μA和459.51 μW,且在10 MΩ阻抗下的输出功率密度可达45.951 mW·m-2.此外,所制备的摩擦纳米发电机可点亮120颗商业LED灯,并且具有良好的电容充电能力,在电子设备和无线传感器供电方面的实际应用也展示了良好效果.
Abstract
In order to improve the output performance of TENG,by-products generated during tea processing were selected as materials,and the influence of the particle size was systematically studied.The results show that the electrical output performance of TENG increases with the increase of the number of tea powder par-ticles.When the number of tea powder particles is 400,the open-circuit voltage,short-circuit current,and out-put power reach 275 V,9 μA,and 459.51 μW,respectively.The output power density at an impedance of 10 MΩ can reach 45.951 mW·m-2.In addition,the prepared TENG can light up 120 commercial LEDs and has good capacitor charging ability,demonstrating good performance in power supply for electronic devices and wireless sensors.
