Preparation and lithium storage properties of Cu2O@Ti3C2Tx anode materials for lithium ion battery
Cu2O is one of the low-cost and high-capacity anode materials for lithium ion batteries(LIBs),but faces the challenges of structural instability and poor capacity retention.Cu2O@Ti3C2Tx with sandwich structure was prepared through a facile solvothermal and wet-chemical method.By virtue of these merits, the Cu2O@Ti3C2Tx composite retains a capacity of 416.8 mA·h·g-1 at 2 A·g-1 after 400 cycles.Compared with pristine Cu2O,the electrochemical performance has improved which is resulted from the excellent conductivity of few-layer Ti3C2Tx and facilitated ion transport by the sandwich structure.
