Exploration and practice of talent culturing modes for"biotechnology"specialty under the background of rural vitalization strategy
Under the background of rural vitalization strategy,the necessity of reforming talent-culturing mode is analyzed based on the industrial characteristics of Ningde City and the current situation of school running in Ningde Normal University.In order to serve local economy and contribute to rural vitalization strategy,the ex-ploration and practice of teaching mode reform have been attempted on the multidisciplinary integration,appli-cation of new teaching techniques,and utilization of new teaching modes.The reform has improved students'learning initiative,innovation capacity and practical ability,and the quality of applied talent has greatly im-proved.The present paper provides a reference for talent culturing mode for"biotechnology"specialty of local universities under the background of rural vitalization strategy.
