"Basic Chemistry"is one of the important basic courses for the culinary and nutrition education ma-jor.There are some problems in this course,such as a large numbers of knowledge points,high level of diffi-culty in learning,uneven foundation of students and insufficient class hours.Thus,the blended teaching mode of"Basic Chemistry"course based on the Chaoxing platform has been practiced.The practice shows that it can enhance the students'autonomous learning,teacher-student interaction and group interaction,and improve the learning effect.
