分析了宝武杰富意离线精整初期存在的矫直、剥皮等精整工序的问题.通过矫直工艺参数标准和剥皮工艺参数标准的制订、矫直辊材质的选型、剥皮机胶轮的安装改造及胶轮材质选型等一系列的精整工艺技术创新及优化改造,精整矫直、剥皮质量明显改善,精整作业率不断提升,产品质量取得了重大突破,增强了宝武杰富意产品的市场竞争力.
Abstract
The problems existing in the straightening,peeling,and other finishing processes during the initial stage of off-line finishing at Baowu JFE are analyzed.Through a series of technological innovations and optimization improvements in the straightening process,including the formulation of straightening process parameter standards and peeling process param-eter standards,the selection of straightening roller materials,the installation and modification of rubber wheels for peeling machines,and the selection of rubber wheel materials,the quality of finishing,straightening,and peeling has been signifi-cantly improved.The finishing operation rate has been continuously improved,and significant breakthroughs have been made in product quality,enhancing the market competitiveness of Baowu JFE products.
